OVERVIEW

Our company provides both property management and asset managements services.  David Beccaria has been in real estate management since 1979, Kristin Beccaria has been in real estate management since 1987, Steve Layman has been in real estate management for 7 years, and Greg Weber has been in real estate management for 4 years. Cumulatively we have in excess of 70 years real estate management experience.

We serve Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey, and San Benito Counties with management services.

We provide attention to detail and manage properties as if they were are own.

We have worked with many local contractors over the years and have established a network of very reliable contractors to meet the repair requirements for your property.

Beccaria & Weber (formerly David F. Beccaria & Associates) has originated in excess of 1,000 leases.  We currently manage in excess of 40 properties.  Steve Layman has been a licensed real estate agent since 1990 and has spent 7 years in property management.  Steve handles the day to day operations of the property management division.  Steve is managing properties throughout the Monterey Bay Area and also in Santa Clara County.

 

ASSET MANAGEMENT  (more info)

We work with several clients to assist them in liquidating real estate assets.  Some of our clients include a national bank, a local credit union, and we also work with local attorneys as a Court Appointed Referee supervising the liquidation of real estate assets usually a result of a partition action.

Greg Weber works with a national bank handling the disposition of their real estate assets throughout the Monterey Bay Area.

David Beccaria and Kristin Beccaria work with a local credit union supervising the renovation and disposition of their real estate assets throughout the Monterey Bay Area.

David Beccaria works closely with local attorneys as a Court Appointed Referee supervising the liquidation of real estate assets.
